Rachel Lucas
Owner, Fitness Coach, FNTP
Rachel is the founder and heart behind Fueling Strong.
She’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and uncover the root causes of pain or injury, so they can build true resilience, not just short-term fixes.
Her approach combines expert guidance with real care, creating a space where clients feel supported and challenged in all the right ways.
When she’s not coaching, Rachel loves working out, running, relaxing at the beach, spending time with family, and hanging with her cat.
She’s here to help you push past what’s holding you back and find strength that lasts.

Morgan Greenwood
Fitness Coach, NTP
Morgan holds a degree in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University and is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. With a passion for whole-body wellness, she blends movement, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance to help clients feel strong, confident, and energized.
Morgan brings a fun, supportive presence to the Fueling Strong community, with a deep belief in meeting people where they are and helping them grow from the inside out.
Outside the gym, you’ll find her hiking, cooking up new recipes, and spending time in nature living the same balanced lifestyle she encourages in others.

Ryan Bancroft
Fitness Coach
Ryan joined Fueling Strong in July 2023 after struggling with consistency and nagging injuries that made it tough to stick with fitness. At Fueling Strong, he found not only a workout routine but also a community and structure that helped him stay consistent and push past limits. Along the way, he discovered a love for endurance training, Spartan races, and most recently, jiu-jitsu. With his wife also part of the gym and three young sons at home, Ryan understands the challenges of balancing family, work, and training, and he brings that perspective into coaching others.
Now stepping into his role as a trainer, Ryan is excited to share his journey, bring fresh energy to the team, and help others find the same consistency and confidence he’s built. His goal is to meet people where they are, encourage them when it gets tough, and challenge them to go further than they thought possible. Outside the gym, you’ll often find him woodworking in his shop.
