Looking to change up your fitness routine? Or unmotivated to exercise? Maybe bored of working out on your own? Group classes at Fueling Strong are your answer! These 50 minute classes are designed for all fitness levels and will use a variety of exercises and equipment. Virtual classes will offer a variety of options for participants with or without assess to equipment. To register, please book your class below!

Class schedule:

Mondays @12:30pm (HYBRID) *this class will require minimal equipment if you are joining virtually

Wednesdays @9am (IN PERSON)

Fridays @8am (VIRTUAL)
